National Honors Society is sponsoring a collection for troops overseas until Nov. 9, including letters, candy, and other food items.
The competition will run throughout the week of Nov. 5, and winners will be announced on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The winning 6th hour classes will receive a pizza party on a day they choose, and to encourage
The list of items that NHS will accept includes chapstick, hot chocolate packets, germ-x, pens, and other non-perishable food items. A full list is posted throughout the school, or participating 6th hour teachers.
